Van Driver

Location: Slough
Pay Rate: £13.00 – £14.57 per hour (rolled up)
Hours: 04:00 AM – 14:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Join a well-established food distribution company based in Slough, supplying fresh and packaged goods to retailers, restaurants, and catering businesses across the South East.

We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Van Driver to join our delivery team, ensuring our products reach customers safely and on time.

As a Van Driver, you’ll play an important part in keeping our operation running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering fresh and packaged food products to wholesale and retail customers.

• Loading and unloading goods carefully to maintain product quality.

• Checking delivery notes and ensuring accurate, timely deliveries.

• Reporting any delivery issues or delays to the transport team.

• Maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the delivery vehicle.

• Following all food safety, hygiene, and company transport procedures.

• Full UK driving licence (maximum of 6 points)
• At least 1 year’s experience in a delivery or van driving role – ideally in food or FMCG distribution
• Physically fit and comfortable with early starts and manual handling
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused

• Competitive hourly pay: £13.00 – £14.57 (rolled up)

• Early shift: 04:00 AM – 14:00 PM, Monday to Friday

• Permanent, full-time position
