About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiasticChef de Partieto join our friendly and growing team at theTudor Barn, a stunning wedding and events venue in Burnham. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic kitchen delivering high-quality food in both a beautiful historic setting and off-site at private events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook and present dishes to a high standard
- Maintain food hygiene and safety standards
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily operations
- Contribute to menu development and event preparation
- Occasionally work off-site at private functions and events
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef
- A passion for great food and high standards
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence and own transport (essential due to location and off-site events)
