Duties:

Repairing or replacing damaged panels to the highest standards, ensuring customer satisfaction
Planning daily workloads efficiently and ordering parts in advance to meet delivery deadlines
Maintaining up-to-date technical product knowledge relevant to panel beating
Ensuring workspace standards through good housekeeping and accurate administration of work records

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Panel Beater within an automotive bodyshop environment
Ability to carry out repairs or panel replacements to a high standard
Awareness of quality standards and attention to detail
Capable of multi-tasking and managing multiple jobs effectively
NVQ or ATA qualifications are advantageous but not essential; relevant experience is considered sufficient
