Hours of Work: full time

The Business Development Executive role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving sales growth across our territory. You will work closely with our team to develop strategies, present compelling solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction at every touchpoint. Your proactive approach and sales expertise will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and achieving ambitious targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within industrial distribution or automation sectors
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Self-motivated with a keen interest in industrial control and automation technologies
  • Experience with CRM software and generating detailed sales reports
