Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons aligned with the KS2 National Curriculum
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and establish consistent classroom routines
- Use formative and summative assessments to track progress and guide planning
- Foster positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
- Participate in wider school life including clubs, trips, and whole-school events
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 5
- Be a reflective and creative educator with strong behaviour management skills
- Show a commitment to inclusive practice, safeguarding, and pupil wellbeing
- Possess excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Be eager to collaborate and engage in ongoing professional development
