Job Title: Complaints Specialist (Customer Relations) (Temporary)
Location: Slough
Salary: £29,000 - £32,600
Length of Booking: Ongoing week-to-week - expected to be 6 - 12 months

Our blue-chip client is looking for a Complaints Specialist to work in their Customer Relations team, taking incoming calls and managing complaints, ensuring documentation is filed in an accurate, complete and timely manner. Working within statutory and company guidelines, you will liaise with all parties concerned, taking ownership of the complaint and seeing it through to resolution, issuing the final response letter.
The successful candidate will have a history of treating customers with respect, the ability to build relationships and be confident in their decision-making skills.
