Class 1 Driver

Class 1 Personnel are currently recruiting Class 1 Drivers for one of the largest the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain industry in in Berkshire, Slough SL3 0BB.

Class 1 Driver role mainly consists of delivering goods from depot to depot or airport to warehouse in the safest way following all Health and Safety guidelines

• Pay Rate: 19.00 p/h
• Premium Rate: 21.65 per hour (7:00 PM - 8:00 AM)
• Saturday Rate: 20.18

• Sunday Rate:21.20

Shifts:

• AM SHIFTS : MON-FRI : Starting between - 03:00-06:00
• PM SHIFTS : MON - FRI : Starting between - 18:00-22:00
• Early morning Shifts : TUE to FRI - Starting between - 01:00-03:00 (Mon / Sat work may be available for the 5th day)

In the job you'll be tasked with the following:

The Candidate:
To be considered for the HGV Drivers role you'll need to be able to demonstrate good attention to detail skills.
The ideal person for the Class 1 Drivers position would need the following:

• Full UK Driving Licence with Category CE (Class 1).
• Ability to provide a 5-year employment history.
• Willingness to undergo a UK criminal check.
• Maximum of 5 points on your license (for licenses held for over 2 years) or 3 points max (for licenses held under 2 years).
• Hardworking, reliable, and a "can-do" attitude.
• Proof of National Insurance and UK right to work.
