We’re looking for a commercially minded FP&A Manager with top-tier analytical skills, a growth mindset, and the confidence to partner with stakeholders across all levels. This is more than just reporting – it’s about influence, insight, and impact.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the full planning cycle – budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans that fuel bold decision-making
- Dig deep into the P&L to unlock margin opportunities, revenue trends, and performance drivers
- Build next-level dashboards and models to support everything from board packs to marketing ROI
- Business partner across departments – be the go-to for commercial insight, challenge, and support
- Drive innovation in reporting – automate, streamline, and evolve how data powers the business
- Play a central role in shaping strategy as the business enters new markets and scales operations
What we’re looking for:
- Fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA) with 3+ years post-qualification experience in FP&A or commercial finance
- Strong modelling skills
- Sharp commercial instincts and the confidence to challenge and support senior leaders
- Experience in a product-based or consumer brand environment is a big plus
- Ambitious, proactive, and energised by fast-paced, high-growth environments
