Job Title: M&E Contracts ManagerLocation: Slough (Office-based) with regular site visits across LondonSalary: £60,000 per annum + £5,500 car allowanceBenefits: 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), car allowance, pension scheme, and performance-related incentivesJob Overview:We are seeking an experienced and driven M&E Contracts Manager to join our growing team. Based out of our Slough office, you will oversee multiple Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) projects across London. This role requires strong leadership, project management, and client-facing skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of M&E contracts, from planning and mobilisation through to delivery and handover, ensuring compliance, safety, and client satisfaction throughout.Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the management and delivery of M&E projects across a portfolio of commercial and public sector sites.
Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
Develop and maintain project programmes, budgets, and quality control processes.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring expectations are met.
Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
Review technical drawings, specifications, and installation schedules.
Monitor labour, materials, and subcontractor performance.
Conduct site visits across London to monitor progress and quality of works.
Lead contract review meetings and provide project updates to senior management.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an M&E Contracts Manager or Project Manager within the building services industry.
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in commercial environments.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, organisational, and negotiation skills.
Strong commercial awareness and budgeting experience.
Full UK driving licence (essential).
Relevant qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (HNC/HND/Degree level preferred).
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (desirable).
