Build Recruitment provides specialist recruitment services, supplying quality candidates on a temporary or permanent basis to leading organisations throughout the built environment - from executive to operative level.

With offices in London, Manchester and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a multi trader based in Slough.

Day to Day for multi trader:

• Carpentry repairs (doors, skirting, kitchens, ironmongery)

• Wall & floor tiling repairs

• Painting & decorating including prep and making good

• General snagging and high-quality finish works

• Working independently in occupied private properties

Own tools and Manual UK driving licence

The ideal candidate for this position would have experience as a multi trader or maintenance operative or carpenter or joiner or plumber or plumber multi or unvented plumber or Part P plumber or plasterer or multi trade operative or multi skilled operative with experience in social housing or housing associations or domestic properties or council properties.
