You will be able to turn you hand to steel, groundworks, logistics and multi-task to deadlines. You will be highly organized and understand critical path and process.
Duties:
- Prepare and review technical designs
- Review program and buildability
- Add comment to sub-contractor selection
- Manage Bid & Tender Documentation throughout the life cycle
Non- Negotiables:
- Main Contractor experience
- Relevant Education & Training be that HND/HNC or Construction / Civil Engineering Degree
- Prior Design & Build Experience
- Strong communication skills
