Job Title: Team Leader (Customer Care, Sales Support)
Location: Slough
Salary: £32,000

Our client is a prestigious company on the trading estate in Slough, they are looking for an exceptional Team Leader to oversee Customer Care, Sales Support and Credit Control (first line) specialists.
The successful candidate will have the ability to improve colleague’s performance through mentorship and training, a hands-on approach and the ability to solve problems. You will be an excellent communicator, building relationships across both internal and external customers and a good negotiator.
On a day-to-day basis this role will involve responding to and processing all customer and retailer enquiries through collation of timely and accurate information. Working in finance you will ensure all regulatory and industry standards are met. You will assess processes and through collaboration improve efficiency, support your teams training needs through one-to-one meetings, coaching and general support, working towards individuals achieving their professional goals, empowering them to work proactively.
You will have at least 12 months experience as a Team Leader and ideally have some financial experience or automotive - you will be empathetic to your team, working to develop their skills and understand the requirements of a fast-paced environment.
