General Manager - Luxury Venue - Slough
Our client is recruiting a General Manager for their luxury venue which is a strong conference, weddings and events business. This is an opportunity for a Deputy Manager or General Manager to take the next step in their career. You will be passionate about the industry with the experience and determination fo lead by example and be a success at the property. You will be a hands on Manager as you manage day to day operations at the venue and organise and help execute events.

The Role -
- Managing all aspects of the venue
- Producing budgets and financial reports
- Developing a strong and successful team in all departments
- Ensuring excellent guest satisfaction and gaining increased profile on social networking sites.
- Co-ordinate departments at the venue
The Person -
- A strong and determined manager with ideally 5 years experience
- An existing General Manager within a hotel or events venue
- Able to deliver results compared to budget
- Excellent F&B skills
- Outstanding host and able to develop long standing relationships with guets
