We're working with a well-established freight forwarding business in Colnbrook who are looking to appoint a Pricing Coordinator to join their growing UK operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in international air and sea freight, who enjoys working with data, quotations, and strategy in a fast-paced, commercially focused role.

?? What you'll be doing:

• Coordinating and preparing quotes for RFQs, tenders, and spot pricing - focusing on airfreight and sea freight
• Managing costings, carriers, and rate adjustments with a keen eye for commercial value
• Collaborating with operations, sales, and internal teams to ensure competitive and accurate bids
• Supporting the UK pricing function across multiple sites and large-volume tenders
• Analysing market data to maximise conversion rates and contribute to business growth
• Maintaining strong attention to detail and applying a solutions-driven mindset to pricing challenges

?? Ideal candidate profile:

• Background in freight forwarding (air or sea)
• Confident with quoting, tenders, and pricing support
• Strong communication and coordination skills - you'll liaise with various departments
• Comfortable with Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Analytical, methodical, and commercially aware
• A proactive and collaborative team player with a flexible attitude

• Full-time, permanent role
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30
• Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
• On-site role based in Colnbrook
