Position: Air Export Operator

Contract: Permanent | Full Time - 42.5 hours/week

Air Export Operator Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate collections for start-to-finish export shipments
- Complete accurate customs declarations
- Liaise with UK clients, overseas agents, and international customers
- Obtain spot rates from airlines and complete bookings via WebCargo
- Monitor shipments from collection to delivery, ensuring timely updates
- Handle amendments and manage dangerous goods (DG) shipments
- Process documentation, including POEs
- Generate client invoices and ensure proper billing procedures
Experience Required:
- Previous experience in air freight exports is essential
- Confident in dealing with clients and overseas agents
- Working knowledge of customs processes, WebCargo, and DG handling
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player
