Mechanical Ventilation Engineer
Salary: 45,000 - 50,000 per annum

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Ventilation Engineer to join a large site in Iver. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to work on a substantial project with a supportive team.

Requirements:
  • Must be local to Slough
  • Level 3 Heating and Ventilation qualification
  • Level 3 Plumbing qualification
  • Previous experience in mechanical ventilation installation and maintenance
Job Duties:
  • Install, maintain, and repair mechanical ventilation systems across the site
  • Inspect, test, and commission new ventilation systems to ensure they operate efficiently
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively
  • Carry out preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
  • Advise management on system improvements or upgrades
  • Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and building regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections
  • Coordinate with other engineers, contractors, and site management
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff if required
  • Use the company vehicle to travel safely across the large site
  • Respond to urgent system failures or breakdowns in a timely manner
  • Ensure tools, equipment, and parts are properly maintained and stored
