Are you a recent graduate with a strong analytical mindset and an interest in how organisations manage risk? We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Analyst to join our Risk & Permanent Control team.
In this role, you’ll support the Head of Risk on a wide range of responsibilities—from maintaining risk registers and procedures, to supporting the execution of second line controls and contributing to strategic risk projects. You’ll gain valuable cross-functional exposure and hands-on experience in enterprise risk management from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing

Support the development and updating of risk registers and internal risk control procedures

Assist in identifying, measuring, and monitoring risks across departments

Carry out second line controls quarterly, and collaborate with the business to develop action plans

Participate in departmental meetings to gain insights into operational processes

Perform data analysis and research using tools such as Microsoft Excel and SAP Business Objects

Work on recurring and ad-hoc risk projects, including segregation of duty reviews and operational risk mapping

Keep pace with evolving risk management practices in coordination with group-level stakeholders

Handle confidential data with the highest level of integrity and discretion
What We’re Looking For:

A recent graduate in Business, Economics or another numerate discipline - in the last 3 years (2:1 or higher)

Detail-focused, highly organised and able to manage tasks independently

Confident in making sound decisions and documenting findings clearly

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Essential Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (Intermediate level)

Familiarity with SAP Business Objects is an advantage, but not essential
