Freightserve recruitment are looking for Junior Healthcare Logistics Specialists for a major Freight Forwarder. The company is based in the Colnbrook, Berkshire area.
Job Description (Full Training offered):-
- Managing daily email volumes in the Control Group inbox.
- Develop and implement customer focused operational policies and procedures
- Monitor accuracy of reporting and data base information
- Co-ordinate customer service projects and initiatives
- To on a daily basis ensure Network / Vendor partner compliance to all agreed company policies, procedures and pricing structures.
- Provide weekend / OOH cover for general Customer Service processes & procedures.
- Keep email folder up to date.
- Ensure smooth flow of work.
- Awareness of costs.
- Awareness of best routes.
- Lead by example.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 0900 - 1800 or Tuesday - Saturday 0900 - 1800
