Are you organised, reliable, and looking to work in a school environment supporting teaching staff? If so, this role as a Cover Supervisor in a secondary school in Slough could be perfect for you!
We are seeking motivated Cover Supervisors to start December 2025, covering classes when teachers are absent. This is a term-time only role paid on a daily rate.
What will this Cover Supervisor position involve?
- Supervising classes during teacher absences to ensure continuity of learning
- Managing student behaviour and maintaining a positive classroom environment
- Following lesson plans and supporting students with independent work
- Reporting any issues to teaching staff and school leadership
- Supporting the wider school team as needed
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Supervising lessons in a secondary school setting
- Ensuring a safe and productive learning environment for all students
- 110-120 per day - Term-Time Contract (Daily pay based on experience)
- December 2025 Start - Term Time Only - Full Time availability preferred
- Based in Slough, Berkshire
ABOUT YOU
- Experience working with secondary school students preferred
- Confident and calm under pressure with strong classroom management skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow lesson plans accurately
- A genuine interest in supporting young people's learning and wellbeing
