The RoleAs the school’s Site Assistant, you will:

Support the day-to-day maintenance, safety, and security of the school site and buildings.

Carry out general repairs, maintenance tasks, and basic DIY to ensure the school remains clean, safe, and fully operational.

Assist with setting up classrooms, halls, and outdoor spaces for lessons, events, and activities.

Help maintain school grounds, including tidying, litter picking, and seasonal outdoor tasks.

Monitor and restock cleaning, hygiene, and facilities supplies.

Communicate effectively with staff and external contractors to support smooth site operations.

Play an active role in ensuring the school is a safe, positive environment for pupils and the wider community.

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
