Were currently recruiting fortwo Plant Operativesto join this 24/7 operation, playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth, safe, and consistent production of asphalt for key construction and road projects.
Operating, monitoring, and maintaining the asphalt mixing plant
Ensuring high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance at all times
Troubleshooting machinery and reporting any faults to the maintenance team
Managing raw material inputs and ensuring quality control throughout the mixing process
Supporting the wider team during breakdowns, clean-downs, and shift transitions
Working collaboratively in a shift-based team structure to meet production targets
Previous experience working within asphalt, concrete, quarrying, or similar heavy industry
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and safe working practices
Mechanically minded with good problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a 24/7 operation, including night shifts and weekends
A team player whos reliable, proactive, and willing to get stuck in
