We're partnering with a pharmaceutical services provider near Slough to find a Quality Administrator who can support essential QA functions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in GDP to make an immediate impact in a collaborative and quality-driven environment.Key Responsibilities
- Collating historical Responsible Person (RP) / Responsible Person for Import (RPi) documentation
- Assisting the QA team in cleaning and archiving the inactive customer list
- Ensuring data is accurately documented, securely stored, and compliant with GDP guidelines
Requirements
- Previous experience in a GDP-regulated pharmaceutical environment (e.g. QA admin in a manufacturer or wholesale distributor)
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with RP or RPi responsibilities is highly desirable - though not essential
- A proactive, team-oriented approach and confidence in managing documentation
