About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Colnbrook, Slough. The ideal candidate will have experience in a workshop setting, assaying, or have worked within the jewelry industry. This role is crucial to ensuring the highest standards of quality control in our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting precise measurements and tests to ensure product quality.
- Inspecting and verifying the quality of materials and finished products.
- Maintaining accurate records of inspections and tests.
- Collaborating with production teams to address quality issues.
- Implementing and monitoring quality control procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Identifying and reporting any defects or inconsistencies.
- Assisting in the development and improvement of quality control processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a workshop environment.
- Experience with assaying or working in the jewelry industry.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Training:
Successful candidates will participate in a comprehensive two-week training course in Scotland to ensure they are fully prepared for their role.
