Quality Workshop Assistant

Location: Colnbrook, SloughHours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to FridayEmployment Type: PermanentSalary: £30,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Colnbrook, Slough. The ideal candidate will have experience in a workshop setting, assaying, or have worked within the jewelry industry. This role is crucial to ensuring the highest standards of quality control in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting precise measurements and tests to ensure product quality.
• Inspecting and verifying the quality of materials and finished products.
• Maintaining accurate records of inspections and tests.
• Collaborating with production teams to address quality issues.
• Implementing and monitoring quality control procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Identifying and reporting any defects or inconsistencies.
• Assisting in the development and improvement of quality control processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a workshop environment.
• Experience with assaying or working in the jewelry industry.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Training:

Successful candidates will participate in a comprehensive two-week training course in Scotland to ensure they are fully prepared for their role.
