Our well-established client, based in Slough, is looking for a Front of House Receptionist on a temp-to-perm basis, initially for three to five months with a view to going permanent thereafter.
The successful candidate will help to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the front desk and to deliver a first-class professional customer service to its guests. The successful candidate will be friendly and personable with a good understanding of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform reception duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner.
- Handle day-to-day front of house enquiries.
- Answer the switchboard and maintain a rapid response rate according to the agreed standards.
- Communicate with clients, suppliers and other members of staff clearly and effectively.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with co-workers, managers and the general public.
- Prepare meeting rooms and service of refreshments.
- Handle all customer/ visitor enquiries in a courteous and friendly manner. Keep the reception and common areas clean and tidy at all times.
- Order and maintain the correct amount of office supplies.
- Ensure that Health & Safety processes are adhered to.
- Handle all general admin duties.
- Participate in Centre tours and become fully aware of our client's products and services.
- Be willing to get involved with selling our client's products.

- Reception experience ideal.
