- £32,500 - £35,000 per annum depending upon experience.

- Lead a team of Recruitment Delivery Consultants with the marketing of vacancies, sourcing and screening quality candidates, utilising multiple channels.
- Plan, manage the interviews and selection process, facilitate assessment days and attend job fairs.
- Manage applicant tracking systems and build high volume talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
- Assist the Recruitment Delivery Manager with the preparation of weekly MI reporting to stakeholders by way of formal meetings.
- A UK Driving Licence and the ability to commute to our office 4 days per week.
- Reside within daily travelling distance to our Slough office.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a senior talent acquisition role within the UK, with a focus on high-volume recruitment. Sector experience within aviation, airports, transport, logistics, hospitality, leisure, or from a fast-paced RPO or recruitment agency environment.
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing high-performing recruitment teams, with a track record of meeting or exceeding hiring targets and continuously improving recruitment delivery and efficiency.
- IT proficiency, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
