Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week, Temporary (2-3 months)
About the Role:
We are seeking two proactive and reliable Temporary Administrators to support our clients Onboarding Team. This is a short-term assignment (2-3 months) providing vital administrative support to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new starters.
Key Responsibilities of the Temporary Administrators:
- Accurately input data into internal systems.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally.
- Manage and respond to emails promptly and appropriately.
- Support the team by anticipating needs and asking, "What more can I do to help?"
- Maintain confidentiality and strictly adhere to GDPR and company policies at all times.
Who are we seeking as the Temporary Administrators:
- Excellent telephone manner and professional email etiquette.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Quick learner, open to learning new processes and adapting to changing priorities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to think ahead and proactively support the team.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
