Inclusion Room Manager Needed

Slough
£30,000 - £35,000
Immediate Start Available

Are you passionate about behaviour support and making a real difference to young people’s lives? We’re working with a forward-thinking secondary setting to recruit an Inclusion Room Manager who can lead, inspire and transform student outcomes.

This is a pivotal pastoral role, ideal for someone who thrives on building strong relationships and creating calm, purposeful environments. You’ll take ownership of a well-established inclusion provision, designing and delivering targeted behaviour interventions that help students re-engage with learning and successfully reintegrate into mainstream lessons.

The role includes:

  • Managing and leading the Inclusion Room on a daily basis
  • Planning and delivering short- and long-term behaviour intervention programmes
  • Mentoring and supporting identified students to achieve positive outcomes
  • Working closely with families, teachers and the wider pastoral team
  • Supporting staff with effective behaviour strategies and de-escalation approaches
  • Liaising with external agencies and contributing to whole-school pastoral support

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has strong behaviour management and pastoral experience
  • Can confidently lead interventions and motivate challenging learners
  • Communicates effectively with students, families and professionals
  • Is committed to inclusion, equal opportunities and student wellbeing

In return, you’ll be joining a supportive leadership structure where your work has genuine impact, with opportunities to shape provision and support students at critical points in their education.

If you’re ready to take the next step in your pastoral career, we’d love to hear from you.
