Job Advert: A Level Maths and Science Tutor

• Position:  Part-Time A Level Maths and Science Tutor
• Start Date: Immediate

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated A Level Maths and Science Tutor to join our team, providing 1:1 and small group intervention to students. This role will begin immediately and continue into the next academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality tutoring in A Level Maths and Science subjects.

- Provide tailored support to individual students and small groups to enhance their understanding and performance.

- Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans that meet the specific needs of students.

- Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback and strategies for improvement.

- Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure a cohesive approach to student learning.

  Desirable Skills:

- Experience tutoring Business Studies and Economics.

- Strong organisational and communication skills.

- Ability to inspire and motivate students.

- Patience and adaptability to different learning styles and abilities.

 Qualifications:

- A degree in Maths, Science, or a related field.

- Previous tutoring or teaching experience at the A Level.

- Strong knowledge of the A Level curriculum.

- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
