Complex Needs Teaching Assistant - Specialist SEN School (Ages 5-16)?? Slough?? £85-£100 per day??? Full-time | ASAP Start

Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with complex learning and physical needs? We're looking for a caring, patient and resilient Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Slough that provides tailored education for pupils with a range of additional needs.

About the Role:You'll work closely with children and young people who have complex needs, which may include severe learning difficulties (SLD), physical disabilities, sensory impairments, communication challenges, and medical needs. Your role will involve providing classroom support, personal care assistance, and contributing to a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.

What You'll Be Doing:? Supporting pupils in the classroom and during activities? Assisting with personal care, mobility and feeding when required? Using specialist equipment and communication aids? Encouraging pupils' independence, confidence, and social skills? Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and medical staff
