About Us:
Loyal Blue Recruitment works with a wide range of schools across Slough, helping them find reliable and skilled support staff. Due to an increase in demand, were looking to add more SEN Teaching Assistants to our team.

The Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, youll support students with Special Educational Needs, helping them to engage with learning and develop their social and emotional skills. Youll work closely with teachers and other staff to make sure students receive the right level of support and encouragement.

What Were Looking For:

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEN (preferred)
  • A genuine interest in supporting students with additional needs
  • Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
  • Patience, resilience, and a practical approach
  • Team player who can also use their initiative
