Are you a compassionate, creative teacher with a passion for Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We're offering an exciting opportunity for a dedicated SEN Teacher to join a brand new, purpose-built special school in Slough, supporting KS3 and KS4 students with complex needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Global Developmental Delay.

As a SEN Teacher, you'll be working with a small class of secondary-aged students with a variety of additional needs, delivering a broad, engaging curriculum that's carefully tailored to each learner's abilities and interests. The focus is on developing key academic, social and life skills in a nurturing, structured environment where every child can thrive.

What We're Looking For:

  • A qualified teacher (QTS) with a genuine passion for SEN education

  • Experience teaching KS3 and KS4 students (mainstream or SEN) is desirable

  • A flexible, patient, and creative approach to teaching and learning

  • Someone confident in delivering lessons across a range of subjects (core and foundation) adapted for students with additional needs
