They're proud of their values, culture, and commitment to quality service - and are now seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team. You'll support internal teams and suppliers, ensuring smooth operations and prompt issue resolution. This role is ideal for someone organised, proactive, and confident in delivering top-level admin support.

Key Responsibilities of the Administrator:

• Manage and distribute items from the inbox
• Download invoices/statements and chase approvals
• Handle AP calls and supplier queries professionally
• Maintain filing systems and audit expenses
• Provide general admin support as needed

What you'll need as the Administrator:

• Strong Microsoft Outlook & Excel skills
• Admin experience (finance/AP a bonus)
• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Confident communicator and team player
