  • Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical schematics to ensure precise manufacturing and toolmaking accuracy.
  • Proficient in the use of precision measuring equipment (e.g., micrometers, verniers, gauges) to inspect components within tight tolerances.
  • Hands-on experience with manual and CNC machining equipment, including maintenance, repair, and tooling changeovers in a high-standards production environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, including 5S, TPM, and continuous improvement methodologies in a machine shop or engineering setting.

  • Experience working on press tools  
  • Can read engineering drawings
  • 5 years of experience working in a toolmaking position
  • Worked in a manufacturing environment EG, automotive, aerospace, industrial
