This friendly, forward-thinking school is looking for a capable HLTA to cover lessons during PPA time and support key intervention work across the school. You'll work with pupils of different ages, helping to raise attainment and provide consistent classroom cover when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead whole-class sessions in the absence of the teacher
  • Deliver structured intervention programmes
  • Adapt activities to support children of different abilities
  • Build strong relationships with pupils and staff
  • Support behaviour and learning strategies throughout the day

You Will Need:

  • HLTA qualification or significant experience delivering lessons
