Maintenance Assistant including Grounds - Smethwick - 12.21 per hour - 5 week contract; 7am - 3pm.
The role will include assisting in the up keep and maintenance of the hospital grounds and participate as required in the operation, repair and maintenance of building fabric and engineering services while working within a multi-disciplinary hard service team environment. Due to the wide range of services and systems installed within the building the role requires a wide range of skills and flexible nature.
