We are working with a well-established furniture manufacturer in the Furncare sector who are looking for a hands-on Production Manager to lead and drive their production team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company known for quality and efficiency in the furniture industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day production operations, ensuring targets, quality standards, and deadlines are consistently met
  • Lead, develop, and motivate a team of supervisors and production staff
