About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to support the smooth running of our clients care home, providing leadership and ensuring outstanding care for their residents. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead, inspire, and support staff to deliver compassionate, person-centred care.
  • Assist with medication administration following strict protocols.
  • Manage and develop dementia care initiatives tailored to resident needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the Manager to maintain a safe, welcoming, and positive environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin.
  • Proven leadership experience with strong team supervision and motivational skills.
  • Solid understanding of medication administration and care protocols.
  • Knowledge and experience in dementia care best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage with residents, families, and staff effectively.
  • NVQ qualification in a relevant field is desirable.
