- Previous experience in a managerial role within restaurants is essential
- Proactive, flexible, adaptable, and never misses the small details
- A natural rapport builder with their team and guests
- Ideally you will have experience at Michelin level but Two Rosette experience is essential
- You have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and the overall guest experience
