We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead a vibrant, fast-paced restaurant and deliver an exceptional experience for both guests and team members.

Salary £38,000 £40,000 per year
Bonus £6,000 annual performance bonus (paid quarterly linked to transparent KPIs)
Plus: Share of tips
Contracted hours 48 but lets be honest as a driven GM youll do a few more but nothing crazy; gone are the days of 55 hours plus.
As General Manager, youll take full ownership of your restaurants success. You will:
- Lead & Inspire Build, motivate, and develop a high-performing team with a focus on hospitality and service excellence.
- Drive Performance Achieve sales targets while managing costs, ensuring profitability and smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage Operations Oversee rotas, ensuring labour costs stay within budget, while maintaining service standards.
- Control Stock Monitor and manage inventory effectively to minimise waste and maintain product availability.
- Deliver Guest Experience Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where guests leave happy and want to return.
