Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing high volumes of administrative work efficiently.
  • Handling incoming post, distributing, and actioning accordingly.
  • Updating and maintaining our CRM and Excel spreadsheets with accuracy.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding professionally to queries.
  • Liaising with our global HQ to obtain quotes and manage orders.
  • Processing and managing repairs using SAP.
  • Supporting with general office admin tasks, including paperwork and documentation.
What We're Looking For:
  • Must be local to Solihull and available for on-site working.
  • Excellent Excel skills - confident in using formulas and data management.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English with strong grammar.
  • Highly trustworthy, reliable, and discreet.
  • A confident self-starter who can take ownership of tasks.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role within a high-end or professional environment is desirable.
