Your new company
Solihull Council are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist with a strong background in social care and team management to step into a Team Manager role within our dynamic and evolving Occupational Therapy service in Solihull.

Your new role
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a diverse and committed team of Occupational Therapists, including:

  • Community OTs
  • Early Intervention OTs (Duty)
  • Housing OTs
  • A small number of Children's OTs

You will be supported by three Assistant Team Managers and report directly to the Head of Service, who is also an Occupational Therapist.


What you'll need to succeed
We're keen to hear from HCPC-registered Occupational Therapists who:

  • Have substantial experience in social care OT
  • Possess strong knowledge of legislation, adaptations, equipment, and moving & handling practices
  • Have proven experience of managing teams with varying levels of expertise
  • Are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred services.
