Location: Office-based (own car essential – no public transport access)
Salary: £27,500 basic uncapped commission (realistic OTE £40,000, top performers earn £55,000)
Hours: Full-time (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm)

In this role, you’ll be speaking to individuals who’ve already expressed interest in their training programmes—no cold calling, just converting warm leads into sales. With a proven sales process and uncapped commission, this is your chance to earn serious money while helping people boost their careers.

What You’ll Be Doing:- Selling sales training events and online courses to motivated individuals.
- Following up with pre-qualified leads (no cold calling).
- Building rapport, overcoming objections, and closing deals.
- Working in a supportive, high-energy team where success is celebrated.
You don’t need sales experience—just transferable skills from roles like:
- Sales, customer service, or account management
- Hospitality, retail management, or events
- Recruitment or training
