Bookkeeper & Admin Assistant - 33,000

Solihull | Full-time | Growing UK Business | 40 hours per week| Office based but flexible on start and finish times

We're recruiting for a Bookkeeper & Admin Assistant to join a successful and expanding UK business in the services sector. Ideal for someone experienced with Sage 50 who wants a stable role, great benefits and long-term development.



What You'll Do

  • Maintain daily financial records using Sage 50

  • Process supplier invoices, payments and reconciliations

  • Complete weekly and month-end bank reconciliations

  • Manage expenses, petty cash and recurring transactions

  • Keep filing systems organised and provide admin support to site teams

  • Receive training on Direct Debit processing and stock recording



What We're Looking For

  • Experience with Sage 50, Excel and Word

  • Strong bookkeeping skills and attention to detail

  • Understanding of VAT rules

  • Reliable, accurate and organised
