Telemarketer – Solihull (Temp-to-Perm)
£16.50 per hour (Umbrella) | 12-week Temp-to-Perm | Full-time or Part-time available
We are currently recruiting Telemarketers to join one of our clients in the Solihull area. As a Telemarketer, you will make outbound calls, book appointments, and generate leads for our client’s business. This role is ideal for an experienced Telemarketer who enjoys speaking with senior decision-makers and working towards daily targets.
Our client is looking for a motivated Telemarketer with strong communication skills and a professional phone manner. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to grow into a Telemarketer role with progression towards Senior Telemarketing Executive and Team Leader positions.
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to businesses on behalf of clients

Book qualified sales appointments and generate leads

Conduct telephone surveys and update customer records

Speak to senior decision-makers (MDs, Marketing Directors, HR Directors)

Achieve daily activity targets (approx. 175 dials/day, depending on campaign)
Requirements

Previous outbound calling or telesales experience

Confident and professional telephone manner

Comfortable speaking with business leaders

Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player

Strong time management and organisational skills

Must live within commutable distance to Shirley, Solihull
