Are you a passionate Chef de Partie who loves creating delicious, wholesome meals from fresh ingredients? Our client, a highly regarded residential care home in Solihull, is looking for a dedicated Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team and help deliver nutritious, beautifully presented meals for their residents.

The Role

As Chef de Partie, youll support the Head Chef with the preparation and service of fresh, home-cooked meals. Youll work with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients and play a key role in maintaining the warm, welcoming dining experience the residents enjoy every day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook meals to a high standard using fresh ingredients

  • Support with menu planning, stock control, and food ordering

  • Maintain excellent standards of hygiene and food safety

  • Cater to a variety of dietary requirements and preferences

  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture

About You
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a care home or quality kitchen environment

  • Passionate about fresh, seasonal food and creative presentation

  • Knowledge of food hygiene and dietary needs

  • Reliable, calm under pressure, and a team player

  • Food Safety Level 2 or above (preferred)
