Job Title: Civil Engineering Graduate Management Scheme

Role:
Brookbanks' rotational graduate scheme provides you an accelerated progression path, giving you the tools and experience to become a future director!
Over the course of the scheme you will rotate through each of the following groups:
- Cost & Commercial
- Civil Engineering
- Development Management
- Highways, Environment & Transition
- Structural Engineering
- Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
The Graduate Scheme is structured to suit you and allows you the freedom to explore the business and where your strengths lie.
This is a permanent position - at the end of the rotations you will choose which group you would like to continue your career in!
Requirements:
- Must be educated to degree level in one of the following subjects:
- Civil Engineering
- Structural Engineering
- Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management
- Environmental Science or Geography related degree types - including material on Sustainability, Transport Planning, Flood-risk management etc
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Construction/Project or Development Management degrees will be considered when paired with an outstanding academic background overall
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated
