Graduate Consultant - Rotational Programme

Location: Solihull

£25k-30k basic, with salary increases through the 18 month initial programme, which leads to a permanent position

Our client is a leading real estate organisation who facilitate major development and infrastructure projects across the UK and Europe.

They are now searching for ambitious and driven graduates to join their 18 month Graduate Consultant rotational programme!

Role:

The rotational programme will give you exposure across the company in a range of disciplines. You will have an accelerated progression path, giving you the tools to succeed in the business!

Over the course of the programme you will rotate through each of the following groups, gaining a well-rounded view of the business.

  • Civil Engineering
  • Development Management
  • Structural Engineering
  • Mechanical & Electrical Engineering

Upon completion of the programme you will have a unique understanding of the industry and business as a whole. This is a permanent position- at the end of the rotations you will choose which group you would like to continue your career in!

Requirements:

  • Must be educated to degree level in one of the following subjects:
    • Civil Engineering
    • Structural Engineering
    • Mechanical Engineering
    • Electrical Engineering
    • Environmental Science or Geography related - including material on Sustainability, Transport Planning Flood risk management or similar
    • Construction/project/development management degrees
    • Quantity Surveying
    • Commercial Management & Quantity Surveying
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, with a drive to progress
