Our client in Shirley is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team on a temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent.The Role:As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for customers and stakeholders, handling enquiries by phone and email in a professional and friendly manner. You’ll play a key role in supporting the order process and ensuring excellent service delivery.Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering inbound calls and responding to customer emails
  • Handling queries relating to orders and providing timely updates
  • Liaising with stakeholders and customers to resolve issues efficiently
  • Updating systems accurately and maintaining clear communication records
  • Supporting general administration within the customer service team
About You:
