- Answering inbound calls and responding to customer emails
- Handling queries relating to orders and providing timely updates
- Liaising with stakeholders and customers to resolve issues efficiently
- Updating systems accurately and maintaining clear communication records
- Supporting general administration within the customer service team
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Confident speaking with customers and stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Previous customer service or administration experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- £12.50 – £13.00 per hour (depending on experience)
