Teaching Assistant – SEMH – Key Stage 3 & 4 – SolihullAre you passionate about supporting young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? A specialist SEMH school in Solihull is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Key Stage 3 and 4 who require consistent and compassionate support to manage their behaviour and engage with learning.This role involves working closely with teaching staff to provide targeted support both in class and through interventions. You will play a vital role in helping students build emotional resilience, self-regulation skills, and confidence in their learning. Experience of working with children with challenging behaviour or SEMH is essential, along with a calm and patient approach.
